Andy Gallagher is the founder of VRXP, a virtual reality studio on Watt St – Newcastle. After completing a Digital Arts degree at the Australian National University, Andy has been working in video production and animation for the past seven years. Andy has created work for brands such as Sony Playstation Australia, Sesame St, Aldi Supermarkets, ASUS Computers and had his short film ‘The Lake’ selected in the 2016 Flickerfest International Short Film Festival. Since VRXP opened to the public in late 2016, Andy has been able to showcase high-end virtual reality across entertainment, education, artistic, architecture and NDIS sectors. Andy is a self-confessed super nerd who loves showing how powerful and useful new technologies can be.
